These Terms of Service govern your use of Glasswing Digital's website design and ongoing care services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
Glasswing Digital provides custom website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support services for professional services businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins and documented in project proposals and invoices.
Our standard project workflow includes:
Deposit: 50% of total project cost is due before work begins. This deposit secures your spot in our project queue.
Final payment: Remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the website is published live.
Care plans: Monthly care plan fees are billed in advance on the first day of each month via automatic Stripe invoice.
Payment methods: We accept credit card and bank transfer payments via Stripe. All invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
We understand that delays happen. Here is how we handle late payments:
Late payment fees and interest will be added to the outstanding balance.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. We invest significant time and resources into each project from the outset.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the work, we will work with you to make it right. Our goal is always to deliver a website you are proud of.
Care plan cancellation: Monthly care plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds for partial months.
Two rounds of revisions are included in all website projects. Additional revisions or significant scope changes beyond the original proposal will be quoted separately and billed at our standard hourly rate.
We define a "revision round" as a set of feedback provided at one time on the current version of the website.
Most website projects are completed within 2 to 4 weeks from deposit payment, depending on complexity and timely provision of content and feedback from the client.
Timelines may be extended if there are delays in receiving required materials, feedback, or approvals from the client. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Upon final payment, you own all rights to the final website design and content we create for you. You are free to use, modify, or transfer it as you wish.
Before final payment, all work remains the property of Glasswing Digital.
You retain ownership of any content, images, logos, or materials you provide to us. We may showcase your completed project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Monthly care plans include hosting, maintenance, updates, and support as outlined in your specific plan tier. Exact services and limits are detailed in care plan documentation.
Promotional rate lock-in: Clients who sign up during our promotional period retain their discounted monthly rate for as long as their care plan remains active without interruption.
Care plans do not include major redesigns, new page creation, or custom development work beyond the scope outlined in plan documentation.
For clients on care plans, we provide hosting via Namecheap. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control (hosting provider issues, internet infrastructure, cyberattacks, etc.).
We are not liable for damages resulting from website downtime, though we will work promptly to resolve any issues.

Glasswing Digital's total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that websites will be error-free or meet every specific business outcome.
Either party may terminate the working relationship with written notice. Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email.
